Our client is a major retailer, with apparel/clothing stores worldwide. They are currently expanding their team and are looking for an experienced Shoes/Clothing Store Manager in the city of Burgas
Main responsibilities:
• Lead and coach the co-workers in the store
• Work along with co-workers form the selling team that in a goal oriented way to get satisfied customers
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store
• Employ, train and motivate team members
• Maintain high standards in customer service and visual merchandising and store presentation
• Develop local marketing and in-store promotional activities
• Ensure team complies with company policies and procedures
• Maintain security controls – cash, keys, alarms and stock
• Conduct team meetings and performance reviews
Requirements:
• Bulgarian Nationality
• Male or Female
• University degree & basic economical knowledge
• Over 4 years of relevant experience from retail business and at least 2 of them from working as a Store Manager is a MUST
• Experience in apparel brand store is a strong advantage
• Motivator and inspirer, who is able to lead and easily win the confidence of the staff and the organization at large
• Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
• Able to communicate well with people at all levels
• Flexible with an own driving force & ability to work on a high pace
• Service minded and energetic with high entrepreneurial skills
• Good sense for visual merchandising
• Fluent English
• PC literacy
